Coconut cake

Ingredients :

Makes 8 servings.
  • 1 ½ lb · Cake flour
  • 1 tbsp · Baking soda
  • ¾ tsp · Baking powder
  • 8 each · Egg
  • 2 cup · Shredded coconut
  • 1 ½ cup · Coconut milk
  • 1 ½ cup · Butter milk
  • 14 oz · Butter
  • 4 ½ cup · Sugar
Method / How to Make : 
  • Pre heat oven 350°f
  • Beat butter and sugar till resemble wet sand
  • Beat in egg high spead for ten min till super fluffy (its ok if it looks liquidy)
  • Sift all dry ingredience (cake flour, baking soda, baking powder, and pinch of salt)
  • When butter mixture is done add in shredded coconut and beat high speed for 3 min
  • This next step is extreamly important! Take coconut milk, butter milk and dry ingredence and put in 1/8 of each alternating till all ingredence are all well incorporate. Mix at really low speed!
  • Mixture should still be nice and fluffy
  • Take mixture and put inside well oiled or sprayed cake rings or mold. Bake for 15-20 min
  • Stick skewer in to see if it comes out clean cake is finished
