Parsnip Salad
Ingredients :
Makes 4 servings.
- 1 ½ cup · Grated parsnips
- ½ cup · Chopped celery
- ¼ cup · Chopped green pepper
- ½ tsp · Parsley flakes
- 1 ⁄ 3 cup · Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp · Salad oil
- 1 tbsp · Vinegar
- 1 tsp · Lemon juice
- ½ tsp · Salt
Method / How to Make :
- Combine parsnip, celery, green pepper and parsley in bowl.
