Pumpkin Crunch Cake
Ingredients :
- 1 can · Libby's Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix
- 2 ⁄ 3 cup · (5 fl oz) Evaporated Milk
- 2 large · Eggs
- 1 box · Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 cup · Chopped Nuts of your choice
- 1 ½ block · Butter or Margarine, melted
Method / How to Make :
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Lightly grease 13x9 pan
- Mix pumpkin pie mix, evaporated milk and eggs
- Pour pumpkin mixture into pan
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top of pumpkin mixture
- Sprinkle chopped nuts evenly over dry cake mix
- Pour melted butter/margarine evenly over nuts and dry cake mix
- Bake at 350° for 45-50 min
