Zucchini Parmesan
Ingredients :
Makes 4 servings.
- 3 cup · zucchini -- thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp · butter or margarine
- ½ tsp · salt
- dash · pepper
- 2 tbsp · parmesan cheese -- grated
Method / How to Make :
- Place zucchini, margarine, salt and pepper in skillet.
- Cover and cook slowly 5 minutes.
- Uncover and cook, turning slices, 5 minutes more.
- Sprinkle with Parmes an cheese.
